Resolving Conflicts and Filing a Complaint

SCUSD believes it is vitally important to resolve conflicts in a manner that meets the needs of the student, the parent(s) / caregiver(s), as well as the teacher, site administrator, or other education professional(s) involved.  We recognize that this can be a challenging process that takes communication, an identification and review of options, and an agreement that both parties find acceptable.
